Returns & Cancellations
We take great pride in being able to dispatch most of the orders within 24 hours. However, if you have changed your mind after placing an order, we request you Cancel your Order through the Contact us Page within 12 hours of the orders placed. Any request of Cancellation places after the timeline shall not be processed.
Currently, We allow customers to update their orders after placing them, in case they were looking for a different variant of the item in the Order. For eg. If a Customer orders a particular product which has three colors or sizes, they can change their order as long as the variation comes in the same price. Updating of orders is only entertained before the dispatch. Naturebreed.com understands that you may want to replace your order contents with a new product, however you must also understand that once the shipment leaves our warehouse it becomes really difficult for us to retrieve and replace that particular item. Hence a timeline of 12 hours after placing the order is provided to update your order. Any requests for change of order shall not be processed post this period.
Naturebreed.com has a “30 Day Returns Policy” to assure its customers that their shopping experience would be extremely hassle free.
Though We strive to provide you the best shopping experience, If at all you are not satisfied with the order you’ve received, Please inform us about the same within 30 days. In such a case, Our Customer Support Team will get in touch with you and You can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund of your paid price.
Please note that the “30 Day Returns Policy” does not apply to Fragrances and Deodorant Category and will not be refunded under any circumstances due to transport and airmail restrictions as they are classified under the Category “ Restricted materials”
If you may have ordered a wrong product, you could return it back to us after confirmation from our Customer Support Team. Please note that once the return reaches our warehouse, it is subject to Inspection and Checking by the Naturebreed Team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Products that are received without the Sealing and Tags Intact and/or in their Original Packaging will also be declined for a refund.
Please note that the shipping fee would not be included in the refund value of your order as these costs are billed to us and thereby are Non-Refundable Charges.
Once the confirmation for the Return has been made by the Customer Support Team, We request you to ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. It is also advised that you ship your order with a registered or Insured Service, so that the order can be traced.
Once your refund is processed, We request you to wait for our confirmation. Once the refund has been confirmed by us, it normally takes 5-7 days for the banks to refund your amount regardless of your mode of payment (Debit /Credit Card, Net Banking or PayPal).
